This morning is one of the sweetest of my life so far, and I know it is only the beginning. I can be here for hours thinking about all the amazing things that have happened in my life. Thousand of pictures, emails, cards, ...yes...they do take my breath away...

I am so completely enchanted, mesmerised, hubble, missing you... is it a dream? I have just checked, but no, this day and right now is real and I am flying, so so high. I just love and miss you so much that it hurts at times - but you are safe, and I believe your thoughts are connect us at all times. This is the best feeling in the world!

I am truly blessed to have been given the most wonderful gift anyone could ever have. :)

I am so happy right now inside, my smile is huge, my heart is overflowing with the love I have found, want and need forever. The special one that was kept away from me and I know it was for a reason, but I also know that know I will never let it go.

It is a spiritual moment, I can feel the goosebumps, I could feel the message inside of total amazement. I heard the song - I didn't know it then but I felt drawn to it - it sounded so uplifting, had a nice beat and the voice was unusual and calming too. I never found out about it since that day, and that one time I heard it I have not heard it again...that was until this morning.

I knew, I knew it...it took a few more seconds and then the connection came to me - that was the missing song that I heard weeks ago and I thought I had lost. I find this and everything amazing. It was uplifting, spiritual moment, one which I will never forget.

Few words can express all of our feelings - yes...you have turned 'my world upside down' and yes 'I never want these feelings to go away'... so simply and in such few words that is quite unbelievable.

INSEPARABLE

I know we are going to be inseparable when we actually meet. We will have the time of our lives when we are finally together, that I do know for sure - breathing the same air and staring into each others eyes, ... huge smiles whenever I look at you, under the stars, learning where and how you beautiful places can be created, taking time to to love as never been, watch your eyes, telling stories about our lives before and dreaming of our new life, sharing dreams, sharing fears, ... and when you hopefully feel comfortable being able to share perfect happiness and a wonderful dreamland.

Crossing the Jordan

I could write down an extent list of things that remind me some other things. Friends, events, my past, trips... They can be hilarious, funny, sad, terrific, amusing. I can experience different feelings when something reminds me.

What does Jesus remind you? He reminds me that He is the son of the God. He reminds me that He died for me. He reminds me that He is LOVE, and He LOVES me. Where LOVE is there is no fear. His LOVE gives me confidence.

I pray that out of his glorious riches he may strengthen you with power through his Spirit in your inner being,

I belong to God and He Loves me.

THIRTY SECONDS OF SILENCE

I like to be silent and I'd like to try an experiment.

How about if we stay in silence for 30 seconds, just for 30 seconds.

Please ... close your eyes and be silent before God.

I can understand that your mind wanders here and there ... probably you are going to think of things you've forgotten.

It's a hard exercise. It's hard to be silent, to be still before the living God.

It requires practice. You might look at your schedule carefully and examine a proper place to stay.

Where? At home? Which room? Somewhere else? On the mountain? On the beach? In your car? Going out somewhere for a walk?

When? Before going to work? Before going to bed? When can you make your own time with God?

ALONE WITH GOD

HOLIDAY IN BRAZIL

It is school holiday in Scotland and here I am in Brazil with my kids. Time to look after them, stay together, renew our strenght and feel the love we can live as an individual and a family. Home sweet home I and II, Brazil and Scotland.

It has been a week already, but it seems that I have just arrived, I have tried to live every minute intensively. It is so good!!!

Today is my birthday. I have got some gifts, cards, kisses, but lots of warm and lovely messages of friends who are a little bit far away. I feel loved, cared and special just because I have the privilege to have you all very close to my heart.

God of all hope, to you I pray.
I have stretched out your arm of love and gathered me into your warm embrace, cleansing me from sin, forgiving me and raising me up to be a child of the king. To you I come now, yet again, head hanging in shame. I have spoken harshly, judged self-righteously, nursed a grudge, scowled and moaned when I should have allowed your grace to beautify my face and permeate my conversion.
Father, there is no reason why you should love me-except that I love Jesus, your perfect son. I love his selflessness. I love his wisdom. I love his gentleness. I love his strength. I am overwhelmed that because of his sacrifice, I am a new person, full of possibility and promise, full of the Holy Spirit.
I praise you, Father, that confessed and forgiven, I can start over again. I praise you for your great mercy and love, and with hope in my heart, trusting that you do, indeed, have a good plan for me, I step out today joyfully, with my eyes firmly fixed on Jesus, my Saviour.

Our smiles can tell what we feel. It was beautiful, sunshine, blue sky, very hot indeed, but perfect for a summer day in Brazil. We have prepared for eight months for this holiday, 4 days in Rio de Janeiro, 12 days in Buzios , 11 days in Londrina. I was praying and waiting from God what I could not provide myself. I wanted to meet my children who are so far away from Scotland. We had all sort of expectations such we are now a big family. We wanted to share our hearts.

One day a teacher asked her students to list the names of the other students in the room on two sheets of paper, leaving a space between each name.

Then she told them to think of the nicest thing they could say about each of their classmates and write it down.It took the remainder of the class period to finish their assignment, and as the students left the room, each one handed in the papers.

That Saturday, the teacher wrote down the name of each student on a separate sheet of paper, and listed what everyone else had said about that individual.

On Monday she gave each student his or her list. Before long, the entire class was smiling. "Really?" she heard whispered. "I never knew that I meant anything to anyone!" and, "I didn't know others liked me so much." were most of the comments. No one ever mentioned those papers in class again. She never knew if they discussed them after class or with their parents, but it didn't matter. The exercise had accomplished its purpose.

The students were happy with themselves and one another.That group of students moved on.

Several years later, one of the students was killed in Vietnam and his teacher attended the funeral of that special student. She had never seen a serviceman in a military coffin before. He looked so handsome, so mature. The church was packed with his friends. One by one those who loved him took a last walk by the coffin. The teacher was the last one to bless the coffin. As she stood there, one of the soldiers who acted as pallbearer came up to her.

"Were you Mark's math teacher?" he asked. She nodded: "yes." Then he said: "Mark talked about you a lot."

After the funeral, most of Mark's former classmates went together to a luncheon. Mark's mother and father were there, obviously waiting to speak with his teacher.

"We want to show you something," his father said, taking a wallet out of his pocket. "They found this on Mark when he was killed. We thought you might recognize it." Opening the billfold, he carefully removed two worn pieces of notebook paper that had obviously been taped, folded and refolded many times. The teacher knew without looking that the papers were the ones on which she had listed all the good things each of Mark's classmates had said about him.

"Thank you so much for doing that," Mark's mother said. "As you can see, Mark treasured it." All of Mark's former classmates started to gather around. Charlie smiled rather sheepishly and said, "I still have my list. It's in the top drawer of my desk at home."Chuck's wife said, "Chuck asked me to put his in our wedding album." "I have mine too," Marilyn said. "It's in my diary." Then Vicki, another classmate, reached into her pocketbook, took out her wallet and showed her worn and frazzled list to the group. "I carry this with me at all times," Vicki said and without batting an eyelash, she continued: "I think we all saved our lists."That's when the teacher finally sat down and cried. She cried for Mark and for all his friends who would never see him again.

According to the Bible, a cloud of locust are like an army of enemy. They can devor everything in sight and bring down a kingdom. They are unstoppable!

Let's reflect about different aspects of the locusts:

a)They find the way, but never give up. It means that we should keep praying, keep believing, keep fighting, because the victory is assured...

Romans 8:31

"If God is for us, who can be against us?"

d)The locusts operate in "bands". It means that we must be surrounded with the right people. Look for the ones who have an appetite for life and hunger for God.

Mattheew 18:19

"Again, I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything you ask for, it will be done for you by my Father in heaven."

c)The Locusts can't really fly, but they can jump 200 times their own height, so when the wind blows they can be carried to their destination.

When God move, be sure you move! Trust God and recognise his time, take a leap of faith and let the wind of His Spirit take you where you need to go.

When I was looking at the hills and the mountains so gorgeous around me...some water running down from the top... the clouds were so close... I thought how small I am, and how God is MAGNIFICENT, ALMIGHTY, HOLY, WORTHY...

The weather promised to be good for some days, so, why not to take the chance and go to a theme park?

We traveled for about 2 hours to go from Arbroath to M&D's near Glasgow. It really works!!! Roller coaster, white water, swings, some loops, wow, that made my tummy upset, but we were there. What a great day!!! The girls enjoyed it so much that they went on the rides many times.

Nobody could decide, but we went to Anstruther. What a beautiful decision!!! It was warm, sunshine, over 20 degress, and that feeling of ..."WE ARE ON HOLIDAY", and it is not all, we are four...very nice...!!!

Lots of pictures, fish and chips, fish cake, and...of course that delicious ice cream, mango flavour...

This was our very quiet Sunday, like a normal family day. Beautiful sunshine and nothing much to do, just enjoy ourselves, big smiles as you can see here. I worship the Lord for this unforgetable day, so special for me. I have waited for a long time to join all the parts to make this family complete, and it is not done at all. I still have one part in Brazil, and another here in Scotland. Anyway, they are around and in my heart. Love you all!

In the morning, our cappuccino was brought with a chocolate heart drawn at the top, and on my birthday I was surprised with a delicious fruit pie with the writing "HAPPY BIRTHDAY".
