What are your choices?
Escape, excuses, capitulation, avoidance, perseverance ou victory.
If many of the things you list are due to circumstances beyond your control, then choose to take greater control of your life.

INVISIBLE COMPANY
Psalm 16:11
" You have made known to me the path of life;
you will fill me with joy in your presence,
with eternal pleasures at your right hand."
It is true that we have to be happy and content in Jesus Lord, it doesn't matter what. There is all the time under the sun. At this moment, we have to listen to His voice, obey and pray.
So, rest your life in Jesus Christ and trust Him, because He looks after everything. Love and allow people love you.

GOD IS LIGHT
Revelation 21:22-23
22 I did not see a temple in the city, because the Lord God Almighty and the Lamb are its temple.
23 The city does not need the sun or the moon to shine on it, for the glory of God gives it light, and the Lamb is its lamp.
Lets remember that God is light and His son is the lamp.
Keep Jesus in your heart. Run away from sins, because they put you away from God.
10 The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; John 10:10
I pray Lord give us Knowledge, Wisdom and Understanding. Amem

We should not be dominate and selfish toward other. On the other hand, we should let them go and live their own lives.
Everybody has got gifts from Lord. They might be listening, speaking, doing something, anything that we are good at.
The Holy Spirit comes to realize the gifts Lord has already given us.
